Phoenix Investors buys Sheboygan industrial building for $2.25 million

Milwaukee-based Phoenix Investors LLC recently purchased a 288,500-square-foot distribution center at 2821 Muth Ct. in Sheboygan from Southfield, Mich.-based International Automotive Components for $2.25 million, according to state records.

International Automotive Components is an auto-parts supplier that closed its Sheboygan plant in 2010.

A representative for Phoenix Investors could not be reached for comment.

Sheboygan County had an industrial space vacancy rate of only 4.8 percent in the second quarter, but had negative absorption of 44,522 square feet of industrial space during the first half of the year, according to Xceligent.
