Phil Shackton joins Schenck as M&A Analyst

MILWAUKEE – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Phil Shackton, MBA, has joined the firm as an M&A Analyst. Schenck’s M&A team works closely with business owners and leaders to build growth and value through mergers and acquisitions, as well as recapitalizations and sales. Shackton will assist with financial analysis and due diligence, as well as the marketing process, for clients who are investigating opportunities.

Shackton has more than 10 years of financial industry experience, and has worked with companies across a wide range of sizes and industries. He is skilled in performing industry and market research, combining that with financial data to create financial models and valuations to facilitate strategic planning decisions. Prior to joining Schenck, Shackton worked as lead financial analyst for Johnson Controls where he served as part of an acquisition project team and was responsible for making adjustments to forecasting and budgets.

Shackton holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science with a focus on Personal Finance from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He volunteers with the Hunger Task Force.
