Circular Marketing Inc. purchased a 22,656-square-foot building at N8 W22577 Johnson Dr., Pewaukee, from Schwartz Family Limited Partnership for $1.284 million, or about $56.67 per square foot. Circular Marketing, a printing and direct mail firm, will move its headquarters to the building from its current location in a 12,000-square-foot space at 60001 N. 91st St., Milwaukee. Jeff Hoffman and Sean Beuche of Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates represented the buyer and seller in brokering the sale.
