Komisar Brady, Milwaukee, promoted Stacey Hamilton to senior accountant and hired Ann Hooper to staff accountant. Hamilton joined Komisar Brady in 2004. Hooper holds a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University.
Heather Schilcher joined Radke & Schlesner, Greenfield, as a senior accountant. Schilcher has more than 13 years of experience in the accounting industry.

Don Terkel joined Openfirst, Milwaukee, a Quad/Graphics company, as vice president of manufacturing. Prior to joining Openfirst, Terkel served as vice president of transportation for FedEx SmartPost, New Berlin. Terkel was employed at Quad/Graphics from 1985 to 2004, when FedEx acquired Parcel Direct, a business launched by Quad/Graphics.
Jennifer Cooley joined DBA Marketing Communications, Delafield, as art director. Cooley has seven years of graphic design experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from UW-Milwaukee.
Crystal Szabo, public relations account coordinator for Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, joined the executive board for the Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals (MULYP). Szabo will also serve as co-chair of the MULYP public relations committee. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Marquette University.
Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, promoted Cathy Lusty to senior account executive in the relationship marketing group. Lusty joined the agency in 2001 and most recently served as an account executive.
Wendy Westadt joined Integré, Waukesha, as production manager. Prior to joining Integré, Westadt served as senior vice president and director of print production for Laughlin/Constable, Milwaukee.

Fox River State Bank, Burlington, promoted Robert Wolf to senior vice president and senior lender of business banking. Wolf has more than 20 years of experience in business banking.
Waukesha State Bank, Waukesha, promoted Steven Barry and Jill VanderVeen to officers. Barry joined Waukesha State Bank in 2003 and currently serves as bank manager of the Muskego office. VanderVeen joined Waukesha State Bank in 2005 and most recently served as the retail operations manager.

The Brookfield office of J. P. Cullen & Sons, Janesville, hired Daniel Maginot as IT manager and re-hired Thomas Middleton as project manager. Prior to joining J.P. Cullen, Maginot worked for Dean Health, Madison. Middleton re-joined J.P. Cullen after serving in Iraq.

National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield, promoted Tom Mortensen to group manager. Mortensen most recently served as a senior landscape architect for National Survey & Engineering. He has more than 27 years of experience in landscape architecture.
Crispell-Snyder, Lake Geneva, named seven new stockholders, including Kelly Zylstra, environmental division manager and branch manager for the Madison office; Troy Hartjes, senior project manager of public works in the Milwaukee office; Paul Schafer, senior construction manager in the Lake Geneva office; Todd Weik, division manager for the storm water and landscape architecture divisions in the Milwaukee office; Tim Hastings, senior project manager of public works in the Lake Geneva office; Chris Braun, accountant and financial manager in the Lake Geneva office and Brandon Foss, project manager for the wastewater team in the Lake Geneva office.

Dr. Kostandinos Tsoulfas joined Advanced Pain Management, Greenfield, as a physician. Tsoulfas will focus his practice on patients with persistent migraine headaches. Tsoulfas holds a bachelor’s degree from Wisconsin Lutheran College and a medical degree from Memorial University.
Patricia Schroeder joined ProHealth Care, Waukesha, as executive vice president and chief nursing officer for Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc. Prior to joining Oconomowoc Memorial, Schroeder served as the senior vice president for clinical performance and chief nursing officer for Covenant Healthcare Systems, Milwaukee.
Dr. Ru-Jeng Teng joined the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, as assistant professor of pediatrics and the medical staff of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, as a neonatologist. Prior to joining the Medical College, Teng served as an assistant professor of pediatrics in the division of neonatology at the University of Florida Health Center, Jacksonville, Fla.
Maryann Clesceri joined the Healing Center, Milwaukee, as executive director. Prior to joining the Healing Center, Clesceri served as the director of the child and adolescent sexual abuse program for the Community Counseling Center, Milwaukee, where she worked for 21 years.

Dwight Horner joined the Milwaukee office Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH), Glen Allen, Va., as managing director of property and casualty for the state of Wisconsin. HRH acquired segments of Risk Solutions, Milwaukee, which Horner previously served as president of for six years.
MSB, L.A., an MDA company, promoted Brian Hudson to MSB controller. Hudson is located in the New Berlin office. Hudson joined MSB in 2003 and most recently served as controller of the national sales group in Wisconsin.

Brian Gilpin, head of the intellectual property practice group of Godfrey & Kahn, Milwaukee, joined the executive business advisory board for NameProtect, Madison. Gilpin focuses his practice on trademark, patent, copyright, licensing and litigation issues. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue University and a law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
