Waukesha-based the Roberts Group, a full-service health care marketing agency, has added Denise Cobb Mueller as a senior creative writer. Mueller has 16 years of copywriting experience.

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., Milwaukee, promoted B.J. Bowen to preconstruction manager. Prior to being promoted, Bowen previously worked as a project engineer at Findorff. He has worked on a wide range of projects since he joined Findorff in 2006, including the Milwaukee County Historical Society, Carthage College Student Center, and Spring Creek Church.

Health Payment Systems, Milwaukee, recently promoted Margaret Dallmann to sales manager. Dallmann previously worked in prescription benefit management. She has worked at HPS as a sales executive for two years, managing accounts of self-funded employer health plans.
Engineering
R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, has promoted Richard Smith Jr. to director of land development services. Smith joined R.A. Smith National in 1996 and worked in the survey, construction services, and IT divisions while attending Northwestern University. He joined the firm full time in 2002 as a civil engineer. Prior to his promotion, he was serving as a project manager in the land development services division.
Health Care
Mike Lepore has joined Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare as its new senior vice president and chief administrative officer. Prior to joining Wheaton, he served on the Wheaton Franciscan Services Board for seven years; he has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Andrew Dresang has been named manager of community outreach and Sue Schuelke has been named director of volunteer services for Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls. Dresang previously served as business development strategist and community benefits coordinator for another health system, and Schuelke previously served as manager of access services for Froedtert Health.
Wauwatosa-based Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s Children’s Urgent Care clinic has named Dr. Lucia Roman-Marcial, its new medical director. Roman-Marcial will provide clinical leadership to Children’s Urgent Care’s five Milwaukee-area locations. She has served as a Children’s Urgent Care pediatrician and physician liaison since January 2008. She has been a member of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s medical staff since 2000.
Advanced Pain Management, Greenfield, has added Karen Eisberner, a certified nurse anesthetist, and Ann LeBaron, a physician assistant, to its staff.
Dr. Corrado Ugolini, has been appointed assistant professor of medicine at The Medical College of Wisconsin and to the medical staff at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. He previously served as a hospitalist at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in St. Francis, as an academic hospitalist and assistant professor of medicine at Froedtert Hospital from 2007-08, and as a medical director at Lake Villa Internal Medicine in Lake Villa, Ill., for nearly six years.
Jody Miller has been promoted to manager of marketing at Rogers Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc. Miller currently oversees the development of print and online media and is responsible for the outreach activities for the hospital. She previously served as lead national outreach liaison working primarily with the hospital’s referral sources on the east coast.

R&R Insurance Services Inc., Waukesha, has added Carla Borda to its commercial property and casualty team as a professional liability specialist; and Jeff Thiel, CPCU, to its commercial lines division as a commercial account executive. Combined, they have more than 50 years of insurance industry experience.

Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., Milwaukee, has appointed Nicholas Wahl as the firm’s next managing partner. Wahl succeeds Rick Bliss who will lead the firm’s client relations efforts after serving 15 years as managing partner. The appointment will take effect at the firm’s annual shareholder meeting in January.
Milwaukee-based Michael Best & Friedrich LLP has added Alan Ciochon to the firm as its new chief information officer. Ciochon previously served for more than eight years as the director of information technology at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek. The firm has also added Brian Marstall to the intellectual property group in the firm’s Milwaukee office and Joshua Heitsman to the intellectual property group in its Waukesha Office.
Milwaukee-based Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. recently added seven additional attorneys to its firm. Quarles & Brady LLP, Milwaukee, announced that Daniel Radler, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of St. Anne’s Home for the Elderly, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing nursing home, assisted living, respite and rehabilitation care to the elderly.
The law firm of Habush Habush & Rottier has added Jesse Blocher to its team in Waukesha as an attorney. Blocher has been with the firm since July and recently settled into his permanent position at the firm’s Waukesha office.

The Milwaukee-based Association of Equipment Manufacturers has elected James McCullough, president and CEO of CNH Construction, CNH in Racine, as the 2011 chairman of the organization. Richard Patek, president of Telsmith and vice president of Astec Aggregate & Mining Group and Astec Industries in Mequon, will serve as construction vice chair.
J. Monte Roach has been named president and chief executive officer of Milwaukee-based Maysteel LLC, a leading maker of metal enclosures, assemblies and components. Roach comes to Maysteel from Actuant Corporation where he served as president of the Americas Electrical Group.
Nonprofit
Stillwaters Cancer Support Services has hired Theresa Reagan as its new executive director. She worked for nearly 11 years at Children’s Hospital & Health System, and also has significant experience in consumer products sales and marketing, and most recently held the role of director of strategic relationships for Scheibel Halaska. Reagan is also a 13-year breast cancer survivor and is involved in several community organizations.
First Stage Children’s Theater, Milwaukee, has appointed Karyn Elliott as its general manager. She has been with First Stage since 2003, when she first served as an assistant stage manager.
Deborah Carneol has been hired as the new social media coordinator/family programs coordinator at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, Glendale.

Robert Clemen, past president of the Lakeland Builders Association and chairman of the Lakeland Builders Association Parade of Homes, has assumed the role of event manager for EcoFair360 2011. Clemen will act as liaison to the business community.
