Jason Wrasse has been promoted to principal, and Lori Sager has been promoted to director of choice services and accounting services in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Associated Bank, headquartered in Green Bay, had added three employees to its leadership team in Milwaukee. Richard Gorko has been named senior branch manager at the bank’s 401 E. Kilbourn Ave. location; Brian Kutmas has been appointed vice president, business solutions manager; and Tyler Moore has been promoted to senior vice president, managing senior counsel for commercial banking.

Highland Capital Brokerage Inc., a subsidiary of National Financial Partners Corp., has added Hugh Walrath to its Milwaukee office as sales vice president. Walrath will provide advanced insurance design expertise to financial advisors and insurance agents. He comes to the firm from Pacific Life where he served as field vice president.

Cohen Fund Audit Services has added Laura Del Prato as a partner to the firm’s Milwaukee office. Del Prato will serve as a partner in the accounting and auditing department. Her previous experience includes more than 22 years in the investment company industry, and she has focused on investment valuation, complex capital structures, acquisitions, share based payments and public offerings, and registration statements.

Repairers of the Breach has appointed Debbie Minsky-Kelly to clinic coordinator of the nonprofit organization’s medical clinic for homeless and impoverished area residents. Minsky-Kelly is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. At the clinic, she will oversee daily operations and volunteers as well as organize additional health programs with local health organizations and institutions. Prior to her new position, she managed family violence programs and services of Wheaton-Franciscan Healthcare and led the Family Violence Coalition of Racine County.

Penfield Children’s Center, located in Milwaukee, has added Jason Parry to its staff as vice president of development and communications and Mark Rhode as chief financial officer and vice president of administration. Parry will be in charge of development, marketing and communication at the children’s center, and Rhode will manage finance, facilities, maintenance and security, management information systems and transportation.

The Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center, located in Milwaukee, has added Susan Hunnicutt as event manager. In this position, she will organize and manage outside events including weddings and business meetings.

The Economic Development/Washington County (EDWC) has hired Deborah Reinbold to its development team as programs and communications coordinator. Reinbold’s responsibilities in her new position include overseeing EDWC’s marketing initiatives, managing outreach to area businesses and stakeholders, and offering the EDWC logistical support.
