Shakespeare Wealth Management, based in Pewaukee, has hired Andrea Bulen as a financial planner. Bulen has 10 years of experience in financial planning.
Next Generation Wealth Management, based in Milwaukee, has named Susan Dulde manager of operations in its Private Client Group. Dulde previously worked at M&I Investment Management/BMO Global Asset Management for 16 years. In her new position she will manage all operational aspects of the firm. Her responsibilities will include performance reporting in the firm, analysis of investment manager returns, and development of efficiencies with process and technology solutions.
Spectrum Investment Advisors, based in Mequon, has hired Matt Demet as partner and vice president. Demet will work on selling, designing and managing corporate retirement plans including 401(k)s. He will also recruit new wealth management clients.

MSI General Corp., based in Oconomowoc, has promoted Tim Melan to manager of field services. Melan previously worked as a senior project manager.

Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, located in Milwaukee, has added Dr. Nicholas Meyer as medical director of the Regional Burn Center. Meyer is a native of the Milwaukee area and completed his surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. During his career, he has treated burn victims at health care facilities in Seattle and Cincinnati, and also led burn programs at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Missouri.
Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Glendale has appointed Ibzan Monteagudo to director of language access services. Monteagudo, who is fluent in English and Spanish, has eight years of experience overseeing language services at Columbia-St. Mary’s Hospital. He has worked as a freelance interpreter since 2003 and is experienced in interpretation and translation services projects, staff education and orientation programs, productivity management, cost reduction initiatives, internship coordination, and community engagement projects. In his new role, Monteagudo will focus on guiding program strategies and operations in the delivery of language access services for area Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare sites.
Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, based in Brookfield, recently hired Dr. Raymond Zastrow as chief medical officer, Sara O’Neill as quality improvement manager on the medical management team, and Brenda Sawall as manager of service operations on the medical management team.

Rolando Rodriguez has been named president and chief executive officer of Marcus Theatres under The Marcus Corp., based in Milwaukee. Rodriguez has also been named executive vice president of The Marcus Corporation. He most recently served as chief executive officer, president and a board member of Rave Cinemas in Dallas, Texas. Rave Cinemas existed as the fifth largest theatre circuit in the U.S. until it was sold earlier this year. Rodriguez also worked for AMC Theatres for 30 years in positions such as senior vice president, North American field operations; senior vice president, food & beverage group; and executive vice president, North American operations service.
