Ridgestone Bank has hired Matthew Dolsky as assistant vice president, commercial lending, in its Brookfield office. Dolsky’s responsibilities will including focusing on guaranteed lending for small- and medium-sized businesses in the state, particularly those located in metro Milwaukee. Dolsky launched his career in Ridgestone’s credit department.

Jeanne Zeske has joined Milwaukee-based Bank Mutual as vice president of commercial banking for southeast Wisconsin. Zeske previously worked for more than 10 years as a vice president, credit manager and team leader at BMO Harris Bank. Her career also includes more than 10 years of experience as a relationship manager and vice president of commercial banking at U.S. Bank. In her new position, Zeske will work at Bank Mutual’s location at 2600 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa.

Edge Advisors, headquartered in Wauwatosa, has added Kara Tess as a senior account executive in its Recruiting and Transitions Division. Tess most recently worked at JJ Keller & Associates and has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting. In her new position, she will be responsible for helping dental offices identify and recruit associates.

Health Care

Aurora Health Care, based in Milwaukee, has named Vivian King vice president of community relations. Prior to joining Aurora Health Care, King served as director of consumer media relations at Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc. Her career has also included working as an anchor with WTMJ-TV Channel 4 in Milwaukee and broadcast reporting at other television stations across the country. In her new position, King will help manage Aurora’s involvement in community activities in the communities it serves.

The Sleep Wellness Institute has appointed Dr. Alexander Villareal medical director of its West Allis and Mequon Sleep Centers. Villareal earned his medical degree from Nuestra Senora de la Paz University in Bolivia and completed an internal medicine residency and sleep medicine fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He is board certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine.

Advanced Pain Management has added Andrew Hanington as a physician assistant. Hanington is a board certified physician’s assistant and has experience in emergency medical services, cardiology, urgent care and internal medicine, and interventional pain management. In his new position, he will consult patients in Greenfield and West Bend.

The Marcus Corp., based in Milwaukee, recently promoted Thomas Kissinger to senior executive vice president, Steven Bartelt to director of legal affairs, and Mary Beth Castino to director of risk management.

Midwest Legal & eData Services Inc., headquartered in Oak Creek, recently promoted Jeff Skifton to senior forensics specialist and eData analyst. Skifton has been working for the company since March 2011. In his promoted position, he will perform forensic imaging and analysis of computer hard drives in litigation support.

Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. has added shareholder Wendy Rusch to its Trusts and Estates Practice area in Waukesha. Rusch specializes in estate planning, family business planning, retirement planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and probate and trust administration. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust issues and consults clients on a spectrum of estate, gift and income tax matters.

TLX Technologies, headquartered in Pewaukee, has added Alex Doll as a quality engineer. Doll recently earned a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has experience in product-level and production planning analysis.

Rachel Leih has been named manager of volunteer engagement at United Way of Waukesha County. In this position, she will organize volunteer opportunities with the Volunteer Center and will also develop relationships with community groups to ensure their volunteer work is a positive experience.

Gary Grunau will serve as honorary chair of the American Diabetes Association’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes in October. Grunau is president at Milwaukee-based commercial real estate firm Grucon Group LLC.

Staffing

Milwaukee-based C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions has added Lisa Morehouse as a training specialist. Morehouse previously worked as a project coordinator for point-of-sale projects and recruited and trained new staff members at Tempt In-Store Productions in New Berlin. In her new role, Morehouse will focus on business development, marketing, event planning, account management for clients, and client productivity consulting.

Julie Hietala has been promoted to branch team leader of SEEK Careers/Staffing’s Milwaukee North office. Hietala has worked for the company for one year as a night staffing consultant. She previously served as a licensing specialist for the State of Wisconsin.

Superior Support Resources (SSR), headquartered in Brookfield, has hired John Germano as a client partnership manager and D.J. Brensinger as a senior application developer. Germano has 15 years of experience as a system engineer, project coordinator, project manager and technical consultant in the IT industry. Brensinger has professional experience in all areas of IT including help desk, training, technical writing, and testing and writing software.
