Milwaukee-based Robert W. Baird & Co. has added Laura Gough to its Private Asset Management Group. Gough has been with Baird since 1991. Throughout her career with the firm, she has managed its Retirement Plan Services and Corporate & Executive Services departments. She most recently worked on strengthening client relationships between business units with a particular focus on the firm’s Private Wealth management and Investment Banking teams. In her new position at Baird, Gough will advise clients and will be responsible for business development and continued relationship management.

Prairie Financial Group, a division of Waukesha State Bank, has hired Victor Schultz in the newly-created position of senior vice president and head of personal trust. Previously, Schultz served as vice president and U.S. estate planning specialist for BMO Private Bank.

U.S. Bank Wealth Management has added Nathan Dosch as a personal trust officer for The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank in Milwaukee. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Dosch worked as an attorney for Mawicke & Goisman, S.C. in Milwaukee. In his new position, he will handle trusts of high-net-worth clients and will coordinate financial, tax, investment and legal services for clients and their trusts.

GSF Mortgage has promoted Hannah Goreta and Lourdes Marquez to mortgage loan originators at its Brookfield location. Both have worked for GSF Mortgage for about five years.

Building & Construction

Cotter Consulting Inc. promoted Nahid Afsari from group manager to vice president and group leader of its Wisconsin office, located in Milwaukee. Afsari has 13 years of experience in engineering and construction and has been with Cotter Consulting since 2010, when she helped launch the firm’s Wisconsin office. In her new leadership position, she will contribute to the office’s strategic planning as well as retain her previous responsibilities of business administration, project management, business development, client relations, and staff management and development.

Education

Carroll University, located in Waukesha, has added Jeff DeAngelis to its board of trustees. DeAngelis, who has committed to a three-year term on the board, is president and chief investment officer of Northwest Passage Capital Advisors LLC, and chief investment officer of the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. DeAngelis completed his bachelor’s degree in political science at Carroll University.

Engineering

GRAEF has named Lori Rosenthal leader of it Milwaukee Facilities Group. Rosenthal has been with the firm since 1994 and previously served as both project manager and manager of the Industrial Group. In her new position, she will focus on day-to-day operations of the Facilities Group as well as overall strategies at the firm. She will also work to enhance leadership, motivation, collaboration and performance of GRAEF’s staff.

Health Care

Waukesha-based ProHealth Care has named Ron Farr chief financial officer. Farr has more than 30 years of health care finance experience. Prior to joining ProHealth Care, he was chief financial officer for KentuckyOne Health, a system with more than 200 locations throughout Kentucky. ProHealth Care also recently hired dermatologist Dr. Camile Hexsel, who is consulting patients at its clinics in Oconomowoc and Pewaukee. Hexsel sees patients for a range of skin issues from common skin conditions to more serious conditions, such as melanoma, and provides a number of cosmetic services.

Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care recently promoted Cindy Moon-Mogush to senior vice president, marketing and communications. Aurora also recently added Mark Rothwell as vice president of public marketing, Anne Martino as vice president of consumer insight and innovation, and Mo Moorman as director of public relations.

Milwaukee-based Foley & Lardner LLP recently elected several senior counsel and counsel members to partnership. Milwaukee attorneys named partners are: David Clark, business law; Kimberly Dodd, intellectual property; Elizabeth Haas, litigation; and David Seno, business law.

Jay Kraft has been named managing director of Accenture’s Milwaukee office. In his leadership role, Kraft oversees nearly 250 employees and focuses on managing local business operations, strengthening the company’s identity and contributing to employee engagement. Kraft is also a managing director in Accenture’s Products, Automotive & Industrial Equipment Practice in North America. He has worked for Accenture for 21 years.

Oak Hill Business Partners, based in Milwaukee, has added sales professional Mike Thompson as a partner. Thompson has more than 25 years of experience in sales, sales management and marketing communications. His experience includes working with businesses in a range of industries, including manufacturing, service, distribution, banking, health care, insurance and nonprofit. He previously served as territory sales director at Kelly Services.

Palmyra-based Standard Process Inc. has hired Tyler Lloyd as a market analyst and Mark Thrift as a training manager. Lloyd will be responsible for market analysis of the company’s health care practitioner segments, including chiropractic, veterinary and acupuncture. He will also handle research projects and gauge the effectiveness of Standard Process’ marketing programs. Thrift will focus on the development and implementation of training strategies for company employees. Standard Process also recently promoted Jessica Pociask and Tiffany Rusch from chemist I to chemist II and Cheryl Preiser from senior production application specialist to applications supervisor in the information technology department.

Lad Lake Inc.’s board of directors has elected Cheryl Hill president of the board. Hill serves as chief human resources officer for Columbia St. Mary’s. Derek Mosley, a Milwaukee County Municipal Court Judge, has been re-elected to vice president of the board. Additional newly elected board officers include Secretary Tracy Shilobrit, president of StrateVantage Communications LLC, and Treasurer Mark Krueger, partner at Wipfli, LLP.

Marcus Promotions, headquartered in New Berlin, has hired Amanda Schumacher as editor and venue relations assistant. Schumacher will oversee editorial content in print and electronic format and will also help develop relationships with clients in the performing arts community. Marcus Promotions offers printing, publishing and design services for nearly 150 arts presenters in Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago.
