First Business Bank, Milwaukee, recently announced that Tari Hansen has been promoted to senior client relationship officer and Sarah Szejn has been promoted to client relationship officer. First Business Bank – Milwaukee is a part of First Business Financial Services Inc.

Securant Bank & Trust, Milwaukee, recently announced that Richard Ziebell has joined the bank as an assistant vice president and Anna Liza Siy has been added as a loan documents processor. Ziebell will be located at the Elm Grove office and Siy will be located in the Milwaukee office.

ActionCOACH of Elm Grove recently announced the June graduation class of BusinessRICH, the two-day business boot-camp that supplies the fundamentals of building a successful business model. The Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) recently elected Allen Williams Jr., partner at Foley & Lardner LLP as new board chairman and Madeleine Kelly Lubar, a former practicing attorney and volunteer as vice chair for 2009-2010.

Government Organizations

Dr. Helen Sobehart, president of Cardinal Stritch University, was appointed by Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker to serve on the Milwaukee County Ethics Board. Her appointment must be approved by the full County Board. She has been a member of the GMC since shortly after moving to Milwaukee last July and is currently working on its diversity committee.

Health Care

The board of directors for Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls, recently elected Christine Specht and Susan Templin to three-year terms on the board. Dennis Pollard was also elected president of the board, and will replace William Bestor, who is retiring after 32 years of service to the hospital.

Tracey Weninger, R.N., has been awarded the 2009 Excellence in Nursing award by her peers at St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend. The award celebrates the professional accomplishments of an individual registered nurse.

ProHealth Care, Waukesha, recently announced that Cathy Rapp has been promoted to vice president and chief nurse executive at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Rapp formerly served as the director of clinical and supportive services in ProHealth Care’s Regional Cancer Center. ProHealth Care also recently named Susan Peterson

to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital leadership team as vice president – chief quality and patient experience officer to lead the hospital’s clinical quality, guest services and healing environment areas.

Medical College of Wisconsin radiation oncologists Dr. Mark Macedon and Dr. Roger Byhardt will begin providing radiation oncology services at the Alyce and Elmore Kraemer Cancer Care Center of St. Joseph’s Hospital in West Bend, starting July 6.

Risk Management Solutions, Pewaukee, recently added Mark Miner to its team of professionals. Miner has 22 years of risk management/risk control experience.

Foley & Lardner LLP, Milwaukee, recently announced that Peter Stone was elected president of the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee board of directors. This organization is one of the nation’s oldest, continuously operating, public interest law firms. Its 14 member board works to provide legal services to some of Milwaukee’s most vulnerable residents.

Timothy Nettesheim, managing shareholder of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C.‘s Waukesha office, was recently elected to the Waukesha County Action Network (WCAN) board of directors. Nettesheim, is a member of Reinhart’s business law, tax and trusts and estates practices, and serves as a trusted advisor to closely held business clients whom he guides through every stage of the business life cycle.
