Knox, has been with the firm for ten years, and previously served as director of strategic services. Bader Rutter & Associates, Inc., Brookfield, recently added two individuals to its account management group. Margie Albrecht has returned to the agency as a team leader. She previously spent more than eight years at Bader Rutter as an account executive and account supervisor. Erin Simon joins Bader Rutter as an assistant account executive. She comes from GMR Marketing, Milwaukee, where she was an account executive.

BNI Wisconsin, Business for Business (B4B) Chapter recently announced its new leadership team for the new term. The incoming chapter leadership team includes Frances Vitale, chapter president; Patrick Hoffert, vice president; John Sage, secretary/treasurer; and Anne Bingham, education coordinator. Don Caveney and Tom Harrington were named to the membership committee; and Ann Durbin was named as the visitor host. Banking & Finance

Park Bank has promoted Bryan Swanson to vice president of commercial banking at its Brookfield location. Swanson joined Park Bank in 2001 as a credit analyst, was promoted to credit officer in 2005 and again promoted in 2006 to a commercial banker.

Bank Mutual recently announced the appointment of three new bank office managers. James Goll was added as a bank office manager at the Oklahoma Avenue office, Kathy Menger was added to the staff at the West Allis office and Clifton Facey was added as bank office manager at the Brown Deer location. Misti Cichosz was also added to the corporate office in Brown Deer as loan system administrator and mortgage trainer.

Building & Construction

Riley Construction Company, Inc., Kenosha, recently hired Dan Gellings as executive vice president. Gellings will lead the operations of Riley’s Milwaukee office. He is a member of the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineers Association and is certified in health care construction, infection control and risk management. Prior to joining Riley, Gellings spent 24 years with CD Smith Construction Co., Fond du Lac, with his most recent position as vice president. 

Education

Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC), Pewaukee, has named Kaylen Betzig as vice president of administrative services. Prior to joining WCTC, Betzig was the vice president of learning support at Blackhawk Technical College for 18 years. 

John Pauly, dean of Marquette University’s J. William and Mary Diederich College of Communication, will become provost of the university in July. Pauly was appointed dean and the William R. Burleigh and E.W. Scripps Professor in the Diederich College of Communication in 2006. Previously, he was a professor of communication at St. Louis University and served as department chair from 1993 to 2002.

The Milwaukee Area Technical College Foundation, Inc., Milwaukee, recently elected William Dannehl, executive vice president and chief organizational transformation officer for Harley-Davidson, Inc; and Andre Leon Williams, vice president of human resources at P&H Mining Equipment to its board of directors beginning May 15. 

Engineering

Kevin Jankowski, has joined Briohn Design Group, LLC, Brookfield, as a structural engineer. Kevin is a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering and was formerly employed with Jendusa Engineering Associates in Hartland.

Health Care

Sharon Graves has been named director of clinical risk management for Children’s Hospital and Health System, Milwaukee. Graves joined Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin as a pediatric nurse. Since then, she has held a variety of patient care management roles, most recently overseeing the general medical area and epilepsy monitoring unit. Dr. Ramesh Sachdeva, vice president of quality and outcomes at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and executive vice president and chief operating officer of the National Outcomes Center, has also been named medical director of quality initiatives by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Sachdeva also leads several other nationwide quality improvement initiatives including Virtual Pediatric Intensive Care Systems, a network of U.S. children’s hospitals, as chief scientific officer.

Ministry Health Care, Milwaukee, recently announced that Bill Otto, president and chief operating officer of Marcus Hotels and Resorts, has joined the company’s board of directors. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Otto’s strong leadership skills, extensive management experience and proven track record will provide strategic depth to Ministry Health Care’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Richard Staudacher, an interventional cardiologist, has joined the newly merged physician organization of Medical Associates Health Centers and ProHealth Care. He sees patients at the Waukesha Professional Building at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Dr. Staudacher is an experienced cardiologist and has clinical interests in cardiac CT, exercise and physiologic stress testing, echocardiography, coronary therapies, and carotid and peripheral vascular disease. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology.

Ansay & Associates, Inc., Port Washington, recently added Bob Reber to the sales department as a commercial lines agent. Prior to joining Ansay & Associates, Reber spent over 20 years with Sentry Insurance of Stevens Point as a business producer specialist and sales trainer. His areas of expertise include the manufacturing, food processing and printing industries.

Roznik is a Wisconsin state certified nurse and a certified rehabilitation registered nurse. She has over seven years of family care experience working with the exceptional needs population acting as a consultant, mentor, advocate and educator to staff and family care members.

Katie Felten was recently promoted to director of marketing at Boevo Technological Innovations, West Allis. BOEVO’s primary focus is web 2.0 and IP voice communications. She previously served as business development innovator at BOEVO.

Todd O’Leary has been named director of membership for VISIT Milwaukee. O’Leary will lead membership acquisition and retention efforts, including sales, development and networking. He will also manage the certified tourism ambassador program – a national, accredited program that trains frontline hospitality staff on the value of tourism in Greater Milwaukee. O’Leary returns to VISIT Milwaukee after three years as senior sales manager at Midwest Airlines.

La Macchia Enterprises, the holding company for The Mark Travel Corporation, Milwaukee, recently promoted two executives: Ray Snisky has been promoted to executive vice president of La Macchia Enterprises and Mike Going will succeed Snisky as president of Funjet Vacations. Snisky joined The Mark Travel Corporation in 1995 and became president of Funjet Vacations in 2004.

The Brookfield Convention and Visitors Bureau recently hired Tracy Kaschak as sales manager. Kaschak has served in a variety of sales and marketing positions and previously worked for two prominent hotel chains. She will help to promote Brookfield as an ideal tourism destination for visitors.
