Bader Rutter and Associates Inc., Brookfield, has added two associates to its Digital Solutions Group. Damon Sanchez joins the agency as senior interactive media specialist, and Tara Hammond joins as a web programmer/analyst. Prior to joining Bader Rutter Sanchez served as senior interactive director at Charleston|Orwig, Hartland, and Hammond served as technical business analyst at James Tower in North Mankato, Minn.

Architecture

Partners In Design Architects, Inc., Kenosha, recently announced that Keith Kerwin, registered architect, has joined the firm as senior project manager. Kerwin has over 19 years of experience in architectural design, and brings specialized knowledge in buildings for municipalities and governments. 

AG Architecture, Wauwatosa, recently added Erica Lambrecht and Eric Steingraeber to its architecture team. Lambrecht has seven years of architecture experience with a focus on wood frame construction. She has worked on both residential and commercial projects including multi-family structures. Steingraeber has been a practicing professional for ten years, and has experience as a project designer as well as with on-site construction management.

Arts & Entertainment

Milwaukee Chamber Theatre has hired Brian Scharfenberger as the company’s new director of development. Scharfenberger most recently served as manager of grant writing and administration for the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee.

 

Banking & Finance

First Business Bank, Milwaukee, a member of the First Business Financial Services Inc. family of companies, recently announced that Kathy Giorgi has been promoted to client services supervisor. Giorgi held the position of client services representative prior to her promotion.

MWBANK, Menomonee Falls, recently welcomed Tom Manthy, Keith Pollnow, and John Perry to its board of directors. 

Chris Guse recently joined the State Bank of Newburg as a commercial lender. Guse brings 10 years of commercial banking experience to the bank.

Johnson Financial Group, the financial services company of Johnson Bank and Johnson Insurance Services, Racine, recently announced the appointment of William Ridenour to the Johnson Bank – Wisconsin board of directors. Ridenour is the founder and managing partner of Ridenour Hienton Kelhoffer Lewis & Garth, PLLC, in Phoenix, Ariz.

 

Building & Construction

Mortenson Construction, Milwaukee, recently promoted Ben Anderson and Brad King to superintendents and added Rob Myers to its staff as senior project manager.

Gilbane Building Company, Providence, R.I., recently announced the following promotions in its Milwaukee office: John Nawrocki has been promoted to vice president. He is the regional controller for the North Central Region. Adam Jelen has been promoted from senior project manager to project executive. Matt Riemer has been promoted to virtual construction engineer.

VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, recently announced that Tina Miller joined the firm as project coordinator. Prior to coming to VJS Miller worked for Thomas & Egenhoefer, Inc., in Menomonee Falls for over ten years.

 

Consulting

Christine Kussman has joined Boyer & Associates, LLC, Brookfield, as director of business development. Kussman has experience working as admissions coordinator and in marketing for nursing homes around the Milwaukee area.

Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer and Associates Inc., announced three appointments to its board of directors: John Goetter,  principal and vice president; Kenneth Grebe, principal and vice president; and John Kissinger, principal and vice president. The Milwaukee office of Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer and Associates Inc. also recently announced the following additions to its firm: Marcin Selm joins as senior level mechanicial-electrical-plumbing CAD technician; James Hartman as an electrical CAD technician; and Eileen McEnroe, as a structural engineer.

 

Design

Schroeder Solutions, New Berlin, recently announced that Debbie Karegeannes joined its staff as an account manager, and Erin Walton was added to the firm’s Interior Design Department. Karegeannes has 12 years of experience in the contract furnishings industry as well as a background in residential design. Before coming to Schroeder, Walton lived in Portland, Ore., for seven years where she gained experience in both residential and commercial design. 

 

Engineering

Luke Haas has joined R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, as landscape designer. Haas has three years of experience in landscape architectural design and master planning for residential and commercial developments, retirement campuses, lifestyle centers, courtyards/plazas and community parks. He was previously employed with a local landscape architectural firm in Milwaukee.

 

Health Care

ProHealth Care Medical Centers, Waukesha, recently announced the addition of two new regional directors of operations for its 16 Medical Centers in Waukesha and surrounding counties. Carol Koller and Marcy Salzer recently joined the organization to help direct budget development, employee and physician relations, quality initiatives, patient satisfaction and other operational areas for the medical centers.

Community Memorial Hospital, recently added four doctors to its medical staff. They include: Dr. Quentin Mattern, hospitalist at Columbia St. Mary’s in Milwaukee; Dr. Robert Ciralsky, otolaryngology at Advanced Healthcare in Milwaukee; Dr. Joseph Graboyes, otolaryngology at Advanced Healthcare in Thiensville; and Dr. Maye Berroya, hospitalist at Columbia St. Mary’s in Menomonee Falls. 

 

Hospitality & Entertainment

Troy Clarke has been appointed director of food and beverage at The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. Clarke will oversee all food and beverage operations for the 307-room hotel, which operates three restaurants and two cocktail lounges. His responsibilities will include managing budgets, service, catering, menus, purchasing, food preparation and presentation.

 

Industrial

 

Wixon Inc., St. Francis, recently named Kevin Bull as purchasing agent/buyer and Mark Rowe as maintenance supervisor. Bull is responsible for purchasing specialized ingredients for product development. He previously served as a purchasing manager for a music distribution and record label. Rowe comes to Wixon with over 17 years of experience in the maintenance field.He specializes in hydraulics and pneumatics and has successfully implemented maintenance management and performance measurement systems, as well as inventory and parts control.

Adaptive Micro Systems LLC, Milwaukee, recently announced the addition of E. J. Bassette to its business management team as Midwestern regional business manager. Most recently, Bassette worked at FedEx, where he was awarded “district most valuable player” three times and was ranked 22nd out of 436 sales executives. 

 

Insurance

Amy Ashley of CRB Insurance, Racine, has completed the licensing requirements as an agent for property and casualty insurance. Ashley joined CRB Insurance in July 2007 as a receptionist/bookkeeper, and is currently working with the bond department. 

 

Manufacturing

Gehl Company, West Bend, recently announced the appointment of Ed Delaporte to the position of vice president of information technology. Delaporte previously served as the director of information technology for Electrolux Home Care Products North America, Bloomington, Ill.

 

Real Estate

 

NAI MLG Commercial, Brookfield, recently promoted Brian Vanevenhoven, Chuck Redjinski, Curt Pitzen and Tim Brunow to senior vice president and Ryan Persitza was promoted to vice president at NAI MLG Commercial. The vice president and senior vice president titles are awarded by the NAI MLG Commercial ownership board and are given by virtue of annual broker performance. 

 

Utility Services

 

Time Warner Cable, Milwaukee, recently announced that Toni Holland has joined Time Warner Cable’s Wisconsin Division as vice president of human resources. Previously, Holland was with Kraft Foods for 17 years with 14 years in the area of human resources.

Steve Pitz has recently joined Lagina Plumbing, Milwaukee as new small projects sales manager. Pitz previously worked for several major mechanical contractors in Milwaukee, most recently in the role of plumbing project manager. He has been in plumbing for more than 20 years. He has particular expertise in industrial and health care projects, but has experience in a wide variety of commercial plumbing projects.
