Perry Capital Management changes name, adds advisers

Milwaukee investment consulting firm Perry Capital Management, Inc. has changed its name to Park Place Capital Management, Inc.

The company has also added two experienced financial advisers, Kathy Klein, CFP, as senior consultant and LeAnne Foster, CPA, as consultant.

“The name change is an expression of our deeper bench strength,” said Bill Perry, president, who founded the firm in 1985. “My goal is to further expand our organization so we can continue to serve our clients for many years to come. Kathy is an ideal addition, bringing 25 years’ experience and a holistic approach to portfolio management consulting. LeAnne’s expertise in tax and experience working with business owners on their unique financial challenges further extends our in-house capabilities.”

The new name was chosen because the firm has been located in the Park Place office complex for several years. The services and relationships established by the firm have not changed.

“My move to Park Place Capital Management allows me to bring institutional-quality resources and investment programs to clients,” said Klein. “Many individual investors are nearing retirement, are in the early stages of retirement, have sold a business, or have sophisticated wealth and tax management needs. Clients need a broad-based approach to address these factors and market conditions.”

PPCM offers portfolio management consulting to institutions, foundations, retirement plans and high-net worth families. Its consultants manage about $1 billion in client assets.

“Our role is to assist individuals/business owners in managing risks as they transition the financial value of their life’s work into more diversified resources that can become a legacy for a family or charity,” Foster said.
