Warrington, Pa.-based Square 2 Marketing has acquired Primum Marketing Communications, a public relations agency based in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
The acquisition is the third in a series of purchases that started back in 2013 with Full Quota and continued last year with Savvy Panda.
Primum, started in 2005, had recently transitioned to providing inbound services for most of its clients. In 2014, Primum received the PRSA Paragon Award for Excellence in B2B Marketing.
“Primum has an excellent reputation in both the local and national markets,” said Square 2 Marketing president and chief inbound scientist Mike Lieberman. “We think there’s a tremendous opportunity to take our inbound marketing services and help these businesses get even better results going forward.”
Primum founder Colin Hutt and the Primum team will join Square 2 and operate the company’s Milwaukee office at 309 N. Water St., where the Savvy Panda team will move from Elm Grove.
