Peak Performance adds new locations for boot camp

Peak Performance Personal Training in Pewaukee recently announced it will open two new locations for its Lake Country Adventure Boot Camp division at the end of March. 

Camps will be offered in Pewaukee, Hartland and Oconomowoc, beginning March 30.

Lake Country Adventure Boot Camp is a national women’s only fitness program that offers a challenging exercise regimen specifically designed to optimize fat loss. Boot camps are offered three or five days per week for four weeks, starting at 5:30 a.m. for up to 30 women.

"The growth of our boot camps has been phenomenal. We have had over 300 women go through boot camp since opening in July, 2008," said Doug Krueger, owner of Peak Performance Personal Training and Lake Country Adventure Boot Camp.

"We focus on a unique, interval based fitness philosophy and a complete nutrition solution," Krueger said. "Traditional cardiovascular exercise like jogging or walking is not the best way to lose fat. The Interval based training cardio and strength training system we utilize is proven to burn up to 9x more fat than traditional exercise."
