Henneger advises counties and municipalities on labor and employment, open meetings and public records, contractual matters, and constitutional and statutory duties affecting both public bodies and public officials. Henneger serves as a chief labor negotiator and represents local governments in grievance and interest arbitrations and appeals of employee terminations and discipline.
