For more than three decades, Patricia Falb, a shareholder at Milwaukee-based Godfrey & Kahn S.C., has been a trusted advisor to many privately-held companies, owners and executive teams. She specializes in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and commercial transactions, investment agreements, mezzanine and venture financing, private placements and contract negotiations in transactions of all sizes and in a variety of industries.

Additionally, she provides counsel on corporate governance matters, strategic planning, executive compensation and ownership succession.
