What has fueled your company’s growth?
The company’s growth can be attributed to the need for experienced talent on a flexible basis during a time when the economy has made it difficult to retain full-time workers. Plus, as the workforce ages (10,000 baby boomers are turning 65 each day over the next 20 years) companies are having to contend with a loss of knowledge and experience.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
The down economy had been an obstacle in that many companies were hesitant to spend money on anything but mission critical things. However, we also have seen this as an opportunity to help companies complete their key projects and get necessary interim leadership on a flexible basis and within their budget constraints.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
While we are not expecting to make any major changes in the upcoming months, we plan to support our continued growth by adding sales resources and opening new offices when we are ready. We expect our business to double in the next 12 months.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
The outlook for the professional and staffing services industries is positive. Use of contract positions are growing as the economy improves and companies are looking to stay flexible as their workload needs change.
