What has fueled your company’s growth? “Our growth has been fueled by having more time in the market leading to more awareness of our firm, continued interest from clients in having variable costs versus fixed costs, and adding more locations.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “The economy has been an obstacle in that many companies are hesitant to spend money. However, because of our flexibility, we have seen this as an opportunity to help companies complete their key projects and get necessary interim leadership within their budget constraints.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “We recently opened offices in Madison, Tampa and Hong Kong. We are also operating in Milwaukee, Cleveland, Chicago and Boston and will be expanding those offices as needed. We expect to grow by more than 50 percent from 2012 to 2013.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The outlook for the professional services industry is positive. Keeping a percentage of the workforce contingent seems to be the way of the future for most companies so they can stay nimble as they experience growth but are uncertain about the future.”

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “We plan to add more salespeople and use marketing to help build awareness. We will make wise spending decisions, but this is actually a good time to expand if you have the capital to do so.”
