Panel to focus on ‘Key Industries for Job Growth’

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and a panel of business executives will focus on the “Key Industries for Job Growth.”

The conference will be presented by the Waukesha County Business Alliance, First Business Bank and BizTimes Media on Friday, Dec. 13, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel, 375 S. Moorland Road.

Walker will provide opening remarks on the industries that are fueling job growth in Wisconsin for 2014 and beyond.

A panel discussion will follow. The panelists will be:

  • Kent Lorenz, Ellison Technologies, who will discuss advanced manufacturing
  • Tina Chang, Syslogic, who will discuss information technology
  • Richard Leinenkugel, Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co., who will discuss food and beverage manufacturing
  • Paul Jones, A.O. Smith Corp., who will discuss the water industry cluster

The panel discussion will be moderated by First Business Bank-Milwaukee president Dave Vetta.
