Palermo’s Pizza workers will vote July 27 on whether to form a union, the NLRB decided last week.
Voting will be held at the Menomonee Valley company from 5 to 6:30 a.m. and 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Challenges, which must be made at the time a worker votes, will be reviewed following the election if they have a determinative effect on the outcome.
