Hakaduli Properties LLC recently purchased a pair of office buildings on Bluemound Road in Brookfield for $4.3 million.
The buildings, located at 16535 and 16655 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield, from Squires Office Centers Inc. The buildings, known as Squires Office Centers I and II, have a total of 81,863 square feet of space, so they were sold for about $52.53 per square foot.
Tom Shepherd, Lyle Landowski and Joe Lak of Colliers International|Wisconsin represented the seller in brokering the sale.
