Pabst professional building

A five-story office building will be built in the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee.

Groundbreaking for the $10 million to $12 million project is expected to occur in June. The 73,100-square-foot building will have a total of 42,000 square feet of office space on the upper three floors and two floors of interior parking with a total of 68 parking stalls. Blue Ribbon Management, led by Tom Gehl, plans to build the building just south of the grain elevators at the former brewery and just west of the Brewhouse Inn & Suites hotel, which will open next month. The architect for the office building is Matt Rinka, owner of Milwaukee-based Rinka Chung Architecture.
