The Firehouse Subs location in Menomonee Falls will reopen next week with new owners, including a former member of the Green Bay Packers and the University of Wisconsin football team. Franchisees Eric Erwin, Scott Anthony and former Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badger football player Don Davey have taken over operations of the fast-casual sandwich shop
