Orlando to lead M&A at Oak Hill

Milwaukee-based Oak Hill Business Partners has named Frank Orlando the head of its business sales and merger and acquisition advisory division.

Orlando joined Oak Hill in 2009 and has worked to support deals, develop business plans and plan exit strategies for clients. He has more than 15 years of experience completing transactions for businesses in a range of sizes.

He previously worked at Sunbelt Business Brokers. Orlando has also served as chief restructuring officer for several companies.

Oak Hill provides business sales and M&A advisory primarily for private businesses with less than $25 million in revenue.

“Our clients are typically closely held or family owned businesses that want a very high level of personal service from a professional firm with deep transaction, operations and business ownership experience,” Orlando said. “That unique combination is not usually found with main street business brokers that only advertise business listings on the Internet. At the same time, we don’t hold ourselves out as a large investment banking firm that can’t or won’t service a business owner because the deal is too small.”
