Opus to move Milwaukee office downtown

The Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp., an affiliate of The Opus Group, will move from Honey Creek Corporate Center on the west side of Milwaukee to the Plaza East office complex at 330 Kilbourn Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. Opus will lease 6,311 square feet of office space at Plaza East, and will complete the move by Dec. 27.
“We are excited about the opportunity to be a part of downtown Milwaukee and its continued resurgence,” said Tom Kennedy, vice president/general manager for the Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. “The location is perfect for connecting with our partners and clients and continuing to build relationships throughout the industry.”
“This relocation will help to connect Opus employees with the young, energetic and vibrant downtown Milwaukee community,” said Julie Ledger, director of project management for the Milwaukee office of Opus Development Corp. “The move is all about connecting with the real estate and construction community, which is centered downtown.”
