Edgerton Group LLC, formed by Medical Systems Inc. owner Deborah Landru and other investors, recently purchased a 15,300-square-foot office building at 7111 W. Edgerton Ave., Greenfield, from 7111 Building LLC for $1.06 million, according to state records.
The lower two floors of the three-story building are occupied and the top floor is vacant, Landru said. Medical Systems Inc. occupies half of the building’s second floor.
“It’s a good location,” Landru said. “It’s close to (Southridge) Mall and it’s good for public transit.”
The building, constructed in 1983, is located northeast of the mall’s parking lots.
