Wauwatosa-based Wangard Partners recently began construction of a 204-unit luxury apartment complex, called The Preserve at Prairie Creek, near Highway P (Brown Street) and Highway Z (Lake Drive) in Oconomowoc. The site is adjacent to the Prairie Creek Shopping Center. The project is expected to be complete this fall. “Located within walking distance to a grocery store and other retail shops and restaurants, The Preserve will offer a unique lifestyle in exclusive Lake Country,” said Tony DeRose, vice president of Wangard Partners.
