Kathy Ganswindt, lead project management office manager and vice president at Oconomowoc-based Bank Five Nine, has been the go-to leader for larger projects, according to Timothy Schneider, president and chief executive officer at Bank Five Nine. “She was instrumental in guiding the project management over multiple years on our transition to a new mobile banking product recently,” Schneider said. The two-and-a-half-year process was finalized in March of 2024 largely thanks to Ganswindt’s “patient and meticulous guidance,” Schneider added. Ganswindt, who’s been with Bank Five Nine (formerly known as First Bank Financial Centre) for three decades, received the company’s Excellence in Mentorship award as part of its annual President’s Awards. “BFN is proud to have Kathy as a strong leader at the bank,” Schneider said. “Kathy is a tremendous asset to Bank Five Nine and we would not have seen growth and success without her contributions.”
