Colleagues say W. Dirk Hausmann, senior real estate counsel for Brownsville-based Michels Corp., brings an unprecedented work ethic to both the company and the Michels family office.
“He has an extremely unique skill set as a senior real estate counsel that also includes database management,” said Tony Tagliapietra, Michels’ chief investment officer and vice president of shareholder services. “He has managed hundreds of real estate deals and built a database that improved real estate management across all Michels companies. Dirk is a team player who is willing to step up whenever needed and closes deals on time and under budget.”
Hausmann, whose career experience spans four decades, is a mentor to real estate professionals across the greater Milwaukee area. He is also managing partner of his own law firm, Hausmann Law LLC.
