At 80, Lowell “LC” Carl, head of Menomonee Falls-based Lowell T. Carl & Associates, has had a career in the business world that, coupled with commitment to community service, has left an indelible mark on both sectors, according to Jacqueline Rammer, director of the Menomonee Falls Public Library.
