Office manager Traci Cannon oversees the day-to-day of 11 Hupy and Abraham office locations, coordinating office management and communication between them.
Recently, Cannon led the development of a new initiative committee. The committee is comprised of one employee from each department. She leads the discussion on a range of topics to tap into staff potential while generating ideas and collecting feedback.
“Traci is one of the best managers I have ever worked under. Not only is she knowledgeable and effective, but she is supportive of her staff’s needs and concerns, continuously going above and beyond. I know that she not only has my back, but my peers’ backs as well. She goes out of her way to let others know that they are noticed and appreciated,” said a Hupy and Abraham legal administrative assistant.
In addition to traditional business operations, Cannon leads the firm’s “fun” initiatives. As part of the “Fun Squad,” she develops monthly themes such as celebrating March Madness, Derby Days and Summer Solstice.
