Class of 2025

Jackie Darr has been a driving force behind Milwaukee-based SecureFutures growth and impact, bringing strategic leadership and a passion for financial literacy to her role on the board, according to Brenda Campbell, president and CEO of SecureFutures.

Darr is chief operating officer and president of investment management firm Racon Capital Partners and CEO and president of consultancy Darr Advisors, both based in Milwaukee. She joined the SecureFeatures board in 2019.

“Jackie has helped shape key initiatives that have expanded the organization’s reach and provided thousands of teens with the knowledge and confidence to secure their financial futures,” Campbell said. “A passionate advocate for financial education, Jackie has contributed to key governance initiatives for SecureFutures’ organizational structure and long-term strategy. As board chair, she helped guide SecureFutures through the expansion of our Money Coach program and a strategic shift in response to Wisconsin’s new personal finance graduation requirement.”

In addition to her work with SecureFutures, Darr has a career in investment strategy and recruiting. She also is completing her sixth year as a trustee at the University School of Milwaukee.
