Notable Marketing Executives: Lindsay Schiller

Class of 2024

Lindsay Schiller joined Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services in 2023 as the director of marketing, bringing nearly two decades of professional experience in the architectural, engineering and construction industry.

Her accomplishments include facilitating more than $300 million in referendums for 14 school districts, earning multiple awards from the National School Public Relations Association and its Wisconsin affiliate.

“In just one year, Lindsay has leveraged her expertise to significantly improve our marketing team’s culture through her leadership, which integrates emotional intelligence and open communication,” said Katie Kawczynski, partner of VJS.

Schiller has helped VJS strengthen its response to RFPs/RFQs as well as its pre-referendum and community engagement services, which is a key element in building the company’s external brand. Her efforts have resulted in an increased win percentage for RFP/RFQ responses.

“Lindsay is a joy to work with every day. Her positive attitude and work ethic have brought a new light to our marketing department. I cannot wait to see where she elevates us in the coming year,” said Craig Jorgensen, president and CEO of VJS.
