Class of 2023

Kristin Belkofer has worked to make an impact in her field, the community and her clients’ lives through the development of the CLARA Healing Institute, a holistic, multi-faceted mental health private practice located in Wauwatosa.

The practice was built in 2020, with doors opening to clients in 2021. CLARA Healing Institute now has a core team of 10 therapists and employees, with a secondary branch – known as Wisdom Collective – that offers training and educational programming for organizations and schools. Since opening, CLARA has served approximately 500 individuals through therapy, counseling and healing services.

Belkofer won the Alverno College Alumni Rising Star Award this year, and she is currently enrolled in Yale’s Women’s Leadership Program. She also provides mentorship and clinical supervision to counselors-in-training and interns, and coaches her team on developing their individual practices.
