Michelle DuBord has assumed the role of investor relations and communications director at the United Way in Waukesha County.  DuBord has served in various capacities within the organization during her 12 year tenure.  Most recently, she served as the organization’s director of volunteer engagement where she spent 16 months recognizing the work that volunteers contribute to local nonprofits as well as the United Way organization.
“Michelle brings many years of experience to this position, and I am certain that her leadership skills will create many opportunities for our organization to grow,” said Jayne Thoma, executive director of United Way in Waukesha County.
DuBord replaces former investor relations and communications director Kristin Brandner, who assumed the position of executive director at United Way in Washington County after serving Waukesha County’s United Way for more than 12 years.
