*Thursday, July 2, the Milwaukee Art Museum will grant free admission to families and individual visitors, thanks to the support of Meijer. Free museum admission is awarded on the first Thursday of each month. Groups are not eligible for the promotion. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is located at 700 N. *Thursday, July 2, East Town Association will hold another “Jazz in the Park” concert. The free outdoor music series, presented by Boston Store and Columbia St. Mary’s, brings live jazz to Cathedral Square in downtown Milwaukee. Concerts are held each Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. The music kicks off at 6 p.m. with a happy hour scheduled for 5 p.m. Next week’s show will feature salsa band Nabori. “Jazz in the Park” runs through Thursday, Sept. 3. *Thursday, July 9, the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee will host a workshop focused on employee wellness. The workshop, titled “Make Employee Wellness the Way of Work,” will teach attendees basic steps in developing an employee wellness program and will allow attendees to share ideas with one another. The workshop will also offer participants a variety of free resources. Information will be presented by Gail Bennett of Well City Milwaukee and the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. The event will run from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Nonprofit Center, located at 2819 W. Highland Boulevard in Milwaukee. Cost is $15 for Nonprofit Center members and CDBG and $25 for non-members.
