Nicole Allard has joined the Wisconsin based commercial division of Chicago Title as a national account executive. Nicole has extensive experience as a commercial broker and lender.
Nicole possesses a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate transaction process including industrial, office, retail, investment and development. Nicole has an outstanding track record of developing long term client relationships and referral business.
Nicole is a Board Director with WCREW (the Wisconsin Chapter of CREW – Commercial Real Estate Women Network), a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin, and the National Association of Realtors.
