The Milwaukee Press Club’s next Newsmaker Luncheon will feature Milwaukee’s new Roman Catholic archbishop, the Most Rev. Jerome E. Listecki on Tuesday, March 9, from 11:45 to 1:30 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells St.
Listecki, a Chicago native, was installed as the 11th archbishop of the 10-county Milwaukee Archdiocese on Jan. 4, replacing Archbishop Timothy Dolan, now archbishop of the Archdiocese of New York. Listecki came to Milwaukee from La Crosse, where he served as bishop since 2005. Cost to attend the event is $15 for press club members and $20 for non-members. Lunch is included.
