Chefs Dan Van Rite of Hinterland Erie Street Gastropub and Daniel Jacobs, formerly of Odd Duck and Wolf Peach, plan to open a new restaurant at 360 E. Erie St. in the former home of shuttered Turkish restaurant, Tulip.
