New Pick ‘n Save store opens in Menomonee Falls

Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc. opened its new 103,228-square-foot Pick ‘n Save store at N77 W14435 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls over the weekend.
The developer for the project is Menomonee Falls-based Continental Properties. Brookfield-based R.A. Smith National provided site work engineering, surveying and landscape architectural services for the project.
The store was built in a space formerly occupied by a Sears Grand store, which closed last year. The Sears Grand store opened in 2006 in the building, which previously was occupied by a Kmart store.
The new Pick ‘n Save store replaces a 46,000-square-foot Pick ‘n Save store in the North Pointe Centre, next door at N78 W14501 Appleton Ave.
