New hires and promotions

Kyle Geis has been promoted to mortgage consultant at Waukesha State Bank. Geis will specialize in WHEDA loans and down payment assistance, serving several area offices. He earned a degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has been at Waukesha State Bank since 2006, most recently serving as a personal banker.
Tim Wnuk has been hired as senior vice president, account executive director at Associated Bank in Milwaukee. He will lead the commercial deposit and treasury management account executive team in retaining and growing commercial customers. Wnuk has almost 20 years of experience, most recently serving as senior vice president and business banking sales manager at PNC Bank in Illinois.
Jill Grob has been named senior vice president, regulatory compliance audit director at Associated Bank in Milwaukee. She will manage all regulatory compliance audits and assess the corporate compliance program. Grob has more than 30 years of experience, most recently serving as interim president of Foundations Bank in Pewaukee.
William “Beau” Stubbs III has been hired as vice president, enhanced due diligence manager at Associated Bank in Milwaukee. He will be responsible for assuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering Act. Stubbs has seven years of banking industry experience, most recently serving as a bank security act/anti-money laundering team leader at Whitney/Hancock Bank.
Scott Hanson has joined Associated Bank in Waukesha as vice president, property and casualty insurance sales manager. He will manage a team of sales consultants and a portfolio of customers. Hanson most recently served as marketing vice president at Liberty Mutual.
Anthony Ferro has been named vice president, construction project manager at Associated Bank in Hales Corners. He is responsible for design and construction of the new corporate headquarters in Green Bay. Ferro most recently worked at Kohl’s Department Stores.
