Associated Bank hires five new leaders
The newest hires at Associated Bank have grown the bank’s Milwaukee team.
Christina Gladczak has been hired as vice president, sales and marketing integration manager in the wealth management division. She will create and manage a sales enablement program for all the lines of business. Gladczak was previously assistant vice president, senior training consultant at M&I Wealth Management.
Fred Jarosinski has joined Associated as vice president, database administrator. He will be the lead data warehouse developer. Jarosinski previously served in a similar role at Wells Fargo.
Robert Laszkiewicz has been hired as vice president, senior business analyst. He provides technology improvement solutions to Associated’s business lines. Laszkiewicz previously worked in a similar position at Guaranty Bank.
John McVoy has joined Associated as vice president, regulatory change and facilitation manager. He will monitor and summarize new regulations and report regulatory activities. He previously worked as an AML/privacy officer at Robert W. Baird.
Lisa Scace has been hired as vice president, bank at work business development officer. She will be responsible for business banking benefits packages and financial education. Scace has 15 years of banking experience, most recently as vice president, branch manager at JP Morgan Chase.
Associated also promoted an existing employee.
Neal Lindquist has been promoted to senior vice president, regional senior credit manager. He will approve commercial loan requests and assist in generating revenues. Lindquist has more than 25 years of experience in banking, most recently in commercial loan workouts for Associated.
NorthMarq Capital has hired Geoffrey Nauth as vice president on its production team in Milwaukee. He will be responsible for the placement of commercial and multifamily loans for NorthMarq’s correspondents. Nauth has more than 30 years of real estate lending and investment experience, most recently as principal and founder of Nauth Advisory Group LLC.
