New hires and promotions


Matthew Dolsky
has joined Ridgestone Bank’s Brookfield office as AVP-commercial lending. He will be responsible for government guaranteed lending for small and medium sized businesses throughout the state, with a Milwaukee-area emphasis. Dolsky is rejoining Ridgestone after gaining experience in commercial banking at a diversified regional bank.

Schenck SC has hired Renee Haag as staff accountant in the audit department. She holds a bachelor of business administration and master of professional accountancy from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is currently pursuing a CPA certification.

Susan E. Dulde has been named manager of operations, Private Client Group, at Next Generation Wealth Management Inc. in Milwaukee. She will be responsible for managing the operations of the firm. Dulde holds a bachelor’s in business and French from Mount Mary College. She spent the last 16 years at M&I Investment Management/BMO Global Asset Management.

First Business Bank-Milwaukee has named Chase Kostichka assistant vice president of business development. Kostichka previously spent seven years at M&I/BMO Harris Bank, most recently in the correspondent banking division. He holds a bachelor’s in mathematics from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and completed a corporate banking training program at BMO.

Scott Nelson has joined Waukesha State Bank as producing sales manager on the mortgage team. He has 21 years of sales experience and will generate new leads, expand the bank’s presence in Waukesha County and communicate with mortgage customers.

BMO Private Bank has named Michael Mihm vice president and senior financial planner, Southeast Wisconsin. Mihm will be based in Milwaukee, serving the financial planning needs of clients throughout the area. He specializes in providing customized financial planning for high net worth individuals and families.

Tom Kreklow has been named assistant vice president, mortgage lending at Commerce State Bank in West Bend.
