New hires and promotions

Tracy Dalton, CPA, has been named senior vice president, wealth fiduciary services manager at Racine-based Johnson Bank. Dalton has more than 23 years of legal and financial services experience, most recently as vice president and U.S. fiduciary manager of personal trust services at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago. She will be responsible for growing the fiduciary business, including assets under management, estate planning and post-death administration, as well as leading the financial planning initiative. Dalton holds a juris doctorate and an MBA from DePaul University, as well as a master of laws from John Marshall Law School.

Tom Parks has been named director of retirement plan services at Elm Grove-based Annex Wealth Management. Parks has more than 13 years of experience in retirement plan sales, asset management and relationship development, most recently as a retirement plan specialist at M4 Financial Partners in Brookfield. He will be responsible for assisting clients in retirement planning and qualified retirement plan management, conducting analysis of partner provider offerings, reviewing plan specifications, investments and fee structures, and providing ongoing plan consultation. Parks holds a bachelor’s from St. Norbert College, Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, Wisconsin and Illinois insurance licenses and Accredited Investment Fiduciary and International Foundation Certificate in Retirement Plans.

Amy Schleg has been named vice president-regional mortgage production manager for the Milwaukee, Green Bay and Appleton markets at Racine-based Johnson Bank. Schleg will be based at the office in Mequon when it opens this fall. She has 19 years of banking experience, most recently as mortgage market manager at BMO Harris Bank in Cedarburg. Schleg graduated from the Wisconsin Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking in 2008 and has also completed specialized training in sales leadership and management.
