The new corporate office and distribution facility in Germantown for Discount Ramps has been sold to a Boston-based real estate investment trust for $14.1 million, according to state records.

The 162,230-square-foot building, located on a 17.4-acre site at N102 W19400 Willow Creek Way in the Willow Creek Business Park, was sold by an affiliate of Milwaukee-based Weas Development to an affiliate of Boston-based STAG Industrial Inc.

Founders 3 principals Andy Hess and Bob Flood represented Weas Development on the transaction.

The building, developed by Weas, will replace the Discount Ramps headquarters in West Bend. Construction of the building is nearly complete and the company is partially moved in to the new building, a Discount Ramps sales representative said today.
