Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a 96,000-square-foot industrial building at W160 S6471 Commerce Dr. in Muskego for Northern Gear LLC.
Kenosha-based Riley Construction was selected by Blue Ribbon Management LLC to be the general contractor for the Pabst Professional Center project at the former Pabst brewery in downtown Milwaukee. Rinka Chung Architecture is the desiger for the five-story office building. The project is expected to be complete in June of 2014.
Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Co. recently completed construction of the Waukesha County Technical College Commercial Drivers License Training Facility at the college’s Pewaukee campus.
