Briohn Building Corp., Brookfield, was contracted to complete the design and construction of a 30,000-square-foot addition for Multi-Fab Products LLC at N90 W14507 Commerce Dr., Menomonee Falls.  Briohn has also completed the design and construction of an industrial facility expansion for Alto-Shaam, Inc., located at W164 N9221 Water St. in Menomonee Falls.

Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services recently began construction of a four-story, 24,800-square-foot expansion project for First Bank Financial Centre in Oconomowoc. The project is expected to be complete in July of 2014.

Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Kwik Trip Inc. to build a 7,000-square-foot convenience store, car wash and gas station at 10750 W. Speedway Dr., Franklin.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected by Bayside Enterprises & Plaza LLC to design and build a 3,337-square-foot retail addition for a new Sherwin Williams Store and upgrades to the existing building exterior facade on the corner of Port Washington Road and Brown Deer Road in Bayside.
