Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 26,400-square-foot warehouse addition for JTS Direct at 1180 Walnut Ridge Dr., Hartland, and the relocation of Neroli salon and spa to the Institute of Beauty and Wellness building at 327 E. St. Paul Ave., Milwaukee.
