New construction

Kenosha-based Riley Construction was awarded the Konecranes build out in Kenosha. The project consists of demolition of the existing space and adding additional office space. The plan is to double the existing office space as well as update the interior finishes throughout. The total duration of the project is approximately three months. Hyvinkaa, Finland-based Konecranes plans to relocate its operations in Gurnee, Ill., to a 45,479-square-foot space in a 60,256-square-foot building that was built by Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group in Pleasant Prairie. The building is located at 9505 72nd Ave., at the southwest corner of 95th Street and Green Bay Road in Pleasant Prairie.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed construction of a 5,200-square-foot multi-tenant facility, which has a Qdoba Mexican Grill, near the Walmart store on Taylor Drive.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected to design and build a new 2,000-square-foot tennis pavilion located at Oconomowoc High School.
